Tomatoes may be healthy for humans yeah, but they’re not good for dogs at all. Try to avoid giving them to your dog or using it to garnish his meals to save you and him any issues. Do visit the veterinary doctor to see what he’ll say, though since your dog has not come down with diarrhea, he may be just fine.
I would have disagreed with you if I didn’t read this to the end. My dog eats tomatoes once in a while and he’s always okay. But it’s good to know that it’s not good for him to have it too much. This is completely new learning for me.
Yeah I know tomatoes are fruits, but I never knew it’s not good to give them to dogs. I may have added it to my dog’s food on two occasions and he didn’t really show any signs of discomfort. But I’ll definitely stop that no doubt.
Yea, tomatoes may be healthy for humans, but they’re not that good for dogs. A lot of dogs that were poisoned by Tomatin which is found in tomatoes have walked into my hospitals and I must say that the experience is usually not nice for the parents. Let’s really try to avoid using it in our dog’s foods.
