I’ll ask the vet about its safety for my dog.
Well, how come everyone is saying that? Is it that no one who has fed that to their dogs and observed what happened? Or no one has bothered checking the content of a palm heart to know if it’s safe for them? I eat palm heart myself, but I don’t know if I should give my dog. I don’t want to make it a trial and error because such things with him do not usually go down well.
Well, that’s true. For humans, palm hearts are full of a wide range of beneficial nutrients like fiber, protein, and Vitamin C. But for dogs, I don’t know if there’s a kind of toxin that would give them issues. Maybe I’ll ask my vet when next I schedule an appointment.
