Should You Leave Your Dog In The Dark?

Dulse, if you’re not familiar with it, is a type of edible red seaweed. It’s found in cold waters, such as the northern parts of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. This nutritious seaweed grows wild and is picked by hand in the summer. It’s usually dried and used in cooking. You can find it available in many health food stores. Dulse is rich in amino acids, minerals, and more.

Can my dog eat dulse? Yes, though it’s not often thought of as part of a dog’s regular diet. Seaweed, in general, is an excellent source of many nutrients for both dogs and their humans! You can crush up and sprinkle this yummy ingredient over your pet’s food or add it to homemade snacks. Can my puppy eat dulse? Yes! Puppy eating dulse can enjoy all the health benefits of this seaweed, too.

Absolutely. My dog loves this. Crushing it up and sprinkling this dulse over your pet’s food will give it an extra yummy taste he will love. Not to mention adding it to homemade snacks, you have definitely made their day with that.

Dulse is highly nutritional and medicinal food. It is a traditional type of dog food, you see it in most dog food ingredients, it’s also used to garnish dog food. It is high in vitamins and protein. I call it a wonder food!

Okay I think I’m one of those people who often thought that the dulse can’t be a part of a dog’s regular diet. I do not even know they would like it! Well, what do I know?! I just grab cans of dog food I find in the supermarket and we are good.

Dulse is actually great for dogs because it’s super-rich in amino acids, minerals, and more. Even the canned dog foods in store now introduce dulse. I’ve noticed one that had it as its ingredients and I bet people who know the importance would grab that one.
